Matthew Knoy, P.S., E.I.T.

Matt is a Professional Surveyor and Engineer in Training with over 20 years of experience in land surveying and engineering.  Matt has worked with Bledsoe Riggert Cooper James, Inc. since 2002, and became the leader of our Bedford office in 2022.  He has experience with contracts; project management; infrastructure and drive permits; topographic, boundary, route, surveyor location reports, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys.  Matt has been involved in projects from the initial client contact through the construction phases of residential, commercial, subdivision, and public works projects.
