Matthew L. Cooper, P.S.

Matt Cooper is a professional surveyor and a managing partner.  He is currently the office manager of BRCJ’s Paoli office. Matt has over 25 years of experience in the land surveying profession and is licensed in five states (IN, OH, IL, KY, WV). Matt also holds a Bachelor of Science degree, specializing in Land Surveying Management. His surveying experience includes a wide range of complex private, commercial, and government projects. Matt spent years working in the field to form a broad base of hands-on experience. As an office manager he has refined the principles of managing large-scale surveying projects and meeting clients’ expectations. His responsibilities include job proposals, estimates, research, field work, calculations, data analysis, drafting, and surveyor’s reports. Managed projects include: boundary surveys, construction layout, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, topographic surveys, and control surveys.
