William S. Riggert, P.E.

Bill was born and raised in Wisconsin and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of Wisconsin, Madison. He spent several years working for the U.S. Navy in civil engineering, project management, and construction administration in Louisiana before relocating to Indiana for a position at NSWC Crane. Prior to joining the company in 1995, Bill served the City of Bloomington, first as City Engineer and later as Assistant Director of Utilities. Throughout his career, Bill has had a great deal of experience with public works projects, site development, and infrastructure improvements, serving as a trusted advisor for numerous municipalities, educational institutions, and private sector clients. Bill is active in the community, serving on a number of local government boards. He also enjoys swimming, and is a member of the DOC IU Masters Swim Club.
